Can I use ChainGraph without creating an account?
Yes! You can search addresses, view transactions, and explore the blockchain without signing up. An account is needed to save investigations, create monitors, and use the AI assistant.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After 14 days, your account reverts to the Free tier. All your data is preserved — you just lose access to Pro features until you upgrade. No credit card is charged.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged pro-rata for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% — $470/year instead of $588/year for Pro. Contact us for enterprise annual pricing.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. ChainGraph is self-hosted in Germany (EU), runs its own AI models locally, and is fully GDPR compliant. We never share your investigation data with third parties.
What blockchains do you support?
We currently support Ethereum mainnet with full historical data. Additional chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, Base) are on our roadmap for 2026.
