By accessing or using ChainGraph (“the Service”), operated by Prism Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChainGraph is a blockchain intelligence platform that indexes public blockchain data, provides interactive graph exploration, automated compliance test cases, and AI-assisted investigation tools. The Service analyzes publicly available on-chain data from Ethereum and other supported blockchains.

3. Accounts

You may use certain features without an account (subject to rate limits). Creating an account gives you access to additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data at excessive rates
Redistribute bulk data obtained from the Service without permission
Use the Service to harass, stalk, or dox individuals
Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
Execute write operations against databases through the query interface
Introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service

5. Data and Content

The Service indexes publicly available blockchain data. Labels, annotations, and investigations you create are your content. You retain ownership of your content. We claim no ownership over user-generated labels, annotations, or investigation data. Community-contributed labels are shared under a public license and attributed to contributors.

6. Service Tiers and Billing

ChainGraph offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Free accounts have usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Blockchain data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. AI-generated analysis is informational only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or compliance advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of labels, risk scores, or investigation findings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Prism Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
